Returns: accepted within 14 days after purchase for store credit only
Exchanges: only within 14 days after your delivery day. 
WE ONLY DO EXCHANGES ONCE FOR THE SAME ORDER 
Refund: sorry, no refunds, please review your order carefully prior to checkout.
     

 

  • IF YOU NEED TO EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE PLEASE SEND YOUR EXCHANGE BACK TO US TO THE SAME ADDRESS THAT SHOWS IN YOUR PACKAGE. ( ONLY REGULAR PRICE ITEMS QUALITY FOR AN EXCHANGE )  
  • PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE A NOTE WITH ORDER NUMBER AND YOUR EXCHANGE REQUIRED. 

 

ALL ITEMS IN THE CLEARANCE SALE, ON SALE OR USE A CODE SALE ARE FINAL NO RETURNS NO EXCHANGES  

 

 

  • Products received after 14 days will not qualify for a full credit exchange.                                                                                           
  • Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges. A return shipping label is not provided.
  • We'll pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded unless a mistake has been made by us.
  • IF YOU ENTERED A WRONG ADDRESS AND YOUR PACKAGE GETS SEND BACK TO US, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING A SHIPPING FEE TO SEND IT BACK TO YOU AS THIS WAS YOUR MISTAKE
  • PLEASE DOBLE CHECK THAT WE HAVE ENTER THE RIGHT ADDRESS BEFORE CHECKING OUT 
  • In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
  • You are responsible for the returned product until it is delivered to us.
  • Returns only accepted if they are returned in the same condition as received, unworn (without signs of wear or damage). We ask that you please try on huaraches on a carpeted surface before use, to ensure that the item is not damaged and therefore still eligible for return.
  • If huaraches are returned in worn or damaged condition an exchange for store credit will NOT be issued and the huaraches will NOT be returned to you.
  • Please communicate via email with any questions or doubts you may have about the received order. We want you to be satisfied with the product and will be happy to work with you if it’s not the case. Rest assured our customer satisfaction is our priority

  • We have been getting a lot of emails in regards to changing your order right after placed. And how to go about orders that have been put into the system and wanted to change them.
  • When submitting your orders, it goes directly into our seller page as a faster system to getting all products done. With having that having that system, it does allow us to swap or cancel any products. 
    We please ask you to triple check your cart before hitting submit. If you have any questions or concerns please do reach out to us via email, it will save you time and money as we don’t provide any return labels for exchanges at this time.
