Return Policy

• Returns are accepted for store credit or exchanges only within 30 days after your purchase. Sorry no refunds, please review your order carefully prior to check out. Products received after 30 days will not qualify for a full credit exchange.
• Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. No return shipping label is provided.
•  We'll pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item.)
• Shipping costs will not be refunded unless a mistake has been made by us. 
• If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with your order details, and about the product you would like to exchange. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items.
• In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
• You are responsible for the returned product until it is delivered to us.
• Returns only accepted if they are returned in the same condition as received, unworn (without signs of wear or damage). We ask that you please try on sandals on a carpeted surface before use, to ensure that the item is not damaged and therefore still eligible for return.
• If sandals are returned in worn or damaged condition an exchange for store credit will NOT be issued and the sandals will NOT be returned to you.
