Return/ Exchange Policy

     

 

RETURNS: 

  • We do not offer refunds. No Exceptions. 

 

J&L Boutique gladly accepts exchanges for unworn, and same condition as received product for store credit. SEE BELOW FOR ITEMS THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO EXCHANGE!!!

 

  • We do not hold sizes for exchanges. You must use your store credit to purchase a new item
  • Exchanges must be within 14 days of the date you received your shipment. 
  • Credit will be issued via email for the price of the items that were purchased
  • Original shipping cost will not be included in the credit. 
  • If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as an exchange and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee. 
  • TYPICAL MEXICAN CLOTHING, HAND BAGS, CLEARANCE, DISCOUNTED ITEMS, DISCOUNT CODES ARE FINAL SALE NO EXCEPTIONS

 

  • IF YOU NEED TO EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE PLEASE SEND YOUR EXCHANGE BACK TO US TO THE SAME ADDRESS THAT SHOWS IN YOUR PACKAGE. ( ONLY REGULAR PRICE ITEMS QUALIFY FOR AN EXCHANGE )
  • PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE A NOTE WITH ORDER NUMBER STYLE AND SIZE THAT YOU NEED. 

 

  • ALL ITEMS ON SALE OR USE A CODE SALE ARE FINAL NO RETURNS NO EXCHANGES

 

 

 

SHIPPING: 

Return shipping is at the customers expense.  

 

  • Products received after 14 days will not qualify for an exchange and will be held only 5 days after receiving them and CUSTOMER is expected to pay the re-shipping FEE                                                                                
  • Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges. A return shipping label is not provided.
  • You are responsible for the returned product until it is delivered to us

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: 

 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, please contact your local post office. Any packages returned to us as non-deliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.

  • However we do offer insurance for your packages it’s an option at checkout.
  • If in any case you need to contact the insurance company about questions or a lost package, simply send them an email at support@route.com

 

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: 

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received damaged or defective merchandise you must contact us WITHIN 2 DAYS of receiving your shipment. Please email a picture of the damaged/defective item to contact @jnls.boutique2018@gmail.com

Please include the order number in the subject line
